1. Wet the hair, rub the Wheat Germ Shampoo Bar between your hands or directly on the scalp, and massage for 2–3 minutes. Rinse well.
2. Apply Wheat Germ Conditioner to the lengths, leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse.
3. On damp hair, apply a small amount of Wheat Germ Hair Cream to the lengths and ends. Do not rinse.
